NaMLab goes Public:

In 2012 and 2013, NaMLab continued its attempts to make scientific and research work more accessible for the public in general. In particular, it kept its efforts to inspire young people to study science or engineering. NaMLab took part in many joined activities like the “Long Night of Science” in 2012 and 2013, the summer school “Dresdner Microelectronics Academy”, and the “University Day” of the Technical University Dresden in 2012 and 2013. NaMLab organized a “Children Day” for primary-school pupils in the 2nd grade. The children gained insight into the work of researchers under clean room condition. In 2013, the researchers of the NaMLab participated as supervisor of the work experience in 7th and 8th school class of the Martin-Andersen-Nexö secondary school Dresden.
